Housekeeper - RSL Employees LLC

We are seeking someone to assist in the efficient planning, management and day-to-day functions of all our information technology systems at The Ridge Pinehurst. This on-site position will assist in directing all technology systems at the community used by residents and staff members.

IT Coordinator Responsibilities

• Assist with evaluating, directing, managing and implementing all information and technology systems in use at The Ridge Pinehurst.
• Consult with residents to ensure they have the proper technology equipment and are fully trained on how to utilize their devices.
• Ensure that team members are properly trained and provided the working and pre-programmed technology resources necessary.
• Monitor and maintain the technology hardware and software necessary to support the safety and well-being of residents and team members.
• Work on special projects, as assigned, including shooting and editing of business-related videos.

IT Coordinator Qualifications

• Prefer bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
• At least two (2) years' experience troubleshooting PC operating systems, internet connectivity, Wi-Fi connectivity, and other related technology systems.
• Dedication to and passion to serve seniors with excellent customer service skills
• Positive attitude, the flexibility to perform various duties in service to the residents and the ability to work in a team environment are keys to success
