The Salvation Army’s Kroc Center is hiring a Housekeeper and offers the following benefit package to part-time employees:

Pay Range: $18.00/hr.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Provide routine cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming and dusting of all interior and exterior building surfaces and furnishings.
- Regular cleaning and sanitation of areas including restrooms, shower rooms, locker rooms, fitness areas, library, offices, nursey, classrooms, chapel, kitchen, lounges, dining rooms, etc.
- Regular removal of trash and recyclables.
- Regular cleaning and sweeping of exterior areas including sidewalks, and paved areas
- Maintain appropriate inventories of cleaning products, supplies and products such as paper towels, toilet tissue, and soaps throughout the facility.
- Maintain the appearance of the facilities and grounds including doors, windows, flooring, walls, and furnishings.
- Maintain records of room cleaning.
- Work in a cooperative manner with the other on-site managers of the RJKCCC.
- Attend all scheduled staff meetings.
- Perform other duties as assigned within the scope of the position.
- Sit, walk, stand, bend, squat, climb, kneel, and twist on an intermittent or occasional continuous basis.
- Grasp, push, pull objects such as reference materials, files, file cabinet drawers, and reach overhead.
- Ability to load and to change settings, devices, fixtures, on various equipment used in and around an office environment
- Operate telephone and other electronic communication devices.
- Operate various other office equipment including personal computers, copiers, fax machines, and scanning equipment.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. occasionally.
- Ability to be creative, original, intuitive, and perceptive.
- Ability to think logically and critically.
- Ability to envision a project from beginning to end.
- Ability to solve complex problems, make appropriate judgments and decisions
