Position Title: House Parent
Location: Boys Ranch, TX (36 miles outside of Amarillo, TX)
Compensation: $37,700 base pay (PLUS many living expenses covered) + Sign-on and retention bonuses, tuition assistance, extensive benefits package

Job Summary:
As a House Parent, you will leverage experience in education, counseling, or youth services to provide guidance, mentorship, and care to the residents of Boys Ranch. This role is perfect for professionals seeking a less demanding but still meaningful position, where you can continue using your skills to positively influence the next generation. You will work closely with an assigned team to ensure the health, safety, and well-being of each child in your care while managing the home’s budget and resources effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide nurturing, hands-on care to residents, ensuring their overall well-being.
- Utilize your extensive experience to mentor and guide both residents and junior staff.
- Manage household operations, including budgeting and resource allocation.
- Support the implementation of the Model of Leadership and Service within the home.
- Engage with the community to foster a supportive and positive environment for residents.
