Hotel Housekeeping Lead - Full Time, First Shift - Home 2 Suites Bettendorf

The Home2 Suites by Hilton, in Bettendorf, IA, is currently seeking an experienced Housekeeping Lead.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assists Executive Housekeeper in maintenance programs for guest rooms and public areas.
• Inspects premises, guest rooms, linen rooms, public areas and other areas to assure that the property's standards of housekeeping are maintained by employees.
• Cleans and services assigned guest rooms or areas according to established standards and procedures.
• Issues all supplies and equipment for cleaning of guest rooms and public areas, in accordance with policy and procedure. May regularly assist with deep cleaning projects. Assists with laundry as needed.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Ability to successfully assist with coaching and motivating up to 15 employees.
• Prior housekeeping and laundry experience.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
