Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in hotel front desk operations, preferably in a supervisory role but not required.
- Proven leadership and team management skills with a commitment to coaching and development.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating a professional and welcoming demeanor.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, adept at handling unexpected situations with composure.
- Proficiency in computer skills and hotel management software, including point-of-sale systems.
- Thorough knowledge of hotel operations and guest service standards.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and work under pressure.
- Commitment to maintaining a positive and professional work environment.
- Previous experience in upselling and revenue generation is a plus.

- Lead and motivate a team of Front Desk Agents, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Ensure efficient guest check-in and check-out processes, maximizing guest satisfaction and minimizing wait times.
- Train and develop Front Desk Agents, providing coaching and guidance to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Delegate and prioritize tasks effectively, ensuring smooth team operations and workload distribution.
- Monitor and handle guest concerns promptly and professionally, resolving issues and de-escalating situations as needed.
- Manage room assignments and inventory, optimizing occupancy rates and ensuring accurate room availability.
- Promote and upsell hotel rooms and amenities confidently, exceeding revenue targets through persuasive communication.
- Maintain a professional appearance, reflecting the hotel's brand and setting a positive tone for guest interactions.
Compensation/Pay: $23 - $25
