We're looking for Front Desk Agent to join our amazing team!
Skills needed to be successful in this role include:
- Outstanding customer service.
- Communication proficiency and teamwork.
- Phone etiquette and verbal skills.
- General math and clerical skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle stress and solve problems.
- Ability to use a computer, room management system, and other computer software.
- Active listening and the ability to be proactive in understanding guest's needs.
- Ability to speak, read, and write the English language.
- Some night & weekends required.
