100% Travel. Pay to $125,000 Annualized. 2 to 3 Month Rotation. Must have been a Hotel Director of Finance in 300 plus room hotel..

Director of Hotel Finance
- Provide accurate & timely financial information.
- Interpret financial data and recommend appropriate courses of action.
- Serve as a financial advising liaison to hotel management.
- Exercise an analytical approach.
- Supervise and direct all aspects of hotel financial activities.
- Oversee the property finance function for extended periods of time.
- Apply comprehensive understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
- Provide in-depth training of Interstate systems and best practices.
- Quickly assess property opportunities & challenges.
- Balance Sheet Reconciliation.
- Safeguards hotel assets.
- Forecasting.
- Travel to various properties to provide on-property, tactical, hands on financial support.
- Must be able to work long hours and weekends.
- Must be flexible with regards to scheduling and assignments.
- Complete record retention assignments. Must be able to lift and move accounting records.
- Responsible for the completion and direction of transitions in and transitions out.
- Completion of pre-transition schedules for buyer/seller approval.
- Work closely and communicate with VP’s of Finance
- Complete Internal Audit research and assignments.
- Must be able to communicate directly with owners & asset managers in regards to transitions and related functions.
- Completion of special projects on an ad hoc basis.
- Must be able to travel 100% of time.
- 5 Years Director Hotel Finance
- Degree in Finance or Accounting
- First rotation is California
