We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Assistant General Manager - Director of Operations location in North Phoenix, AZ. We are looking for a professional with an expansive background in the hospitality industry and a strong focus on food and beverage service.

Job Qualifications:

• A minimum of 2 years progressive experience in a hotel's Rooms or F&B department.
• Heavy focus on Food and Beverage Experience.
• Previous supervisory experience is required.
• Proficiency in Windows Operating Systems.
• Capacity to make quick and precise decisions in a high-pressure environment.
• Ability to effectively handle workplace problems and deliver solutions.
• Competence in understanding, clarifying, and resolving concerns and issues raised by co-workers and guests.
• Ability to work with and understand financial information and data, and carry out basic arithmetic functions.
• Ability to clearly convey information and ideas.

Job Responsibilities:

As our Hotel Assistant General Manager in Phoenix, you will:

• Assist the General Manager in the efficient operation of the hotel through support and supervision of various departments.
• Directly oversee all Food and Beverage Departments
• Ensure guest satisfaction through the delivery of exceptional service.
• Comply with all certification requirements applicable for the position, such as Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR & First Aid.
• Assist in the development of managerial and hourly employees through the implementation of Corporate-approved training programs.
• Maintain regular attendance as required by scheduling which will vary according to the needs of the hotel.
• Assist the General Manager with the creation of financial reports as required by the Corporate Office.
