The Host Manager will oversee all aspects of the hosting team, ensuring seamless front-door operations and exceptional guest experiences. This role involves managing reservations, coordinating seating, and fostering a welcoming and efficient environment that reflects lephante's high standards of hospitality.

• Oversee and manage the daily operations of the hosting team.
• Train, mentor, and develop host staff to ensure top-tier service.
• Manage reservations and seating arrangements to optimize flow and guest satisfaction.
• Ensure a warm and professional welcome for all guests.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with grace and efficiency.
• Collaborate with management and service teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness and presentation standards at the front desk and entrance areas.
• Create and manage hosting schedules to meet operational needs.
• Utilize reservation and POS systems effectively to track and organize guest data.
• Lead by example, maintaining a polished and professional demeanor at all times.

• Minimum 2 years experience in a leadership role at a high-volume, upscale restaurant.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency with reservation systems such as OpenTable and POS software.
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
• A passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
