Job Description:
To oversee and coordinate hospitality and front of house strategies and put ideas into action that drive the restaurant toward our vision. Guide the leadership team to push towards that vision while accounting for customer satisfaction and quality. The Hospitality Director will utilize CEM and other metrics to determine success. The Hospitality Director will ensure hospitality/front of house is trained for and leaders are running shifts and meeting store goals. The Hospitality Director will report weekly to Director team on depth of talent, CEM metrics and HR needs. Hospitality Director will develop leaders for when Director is not present.

Expected Results:
- Continuous development of leadership. Teach, train, and delegate tasks to managers and team leaders. Hold managers accountable to shift operations.
- Continuous assessment of all systems and procedures to ensure we are accurate, productive, and safe with our work. Quickly resolve any issues with operation and create a system to ensure it doesn’t happen in the future.
- Keep CEM metrics in line with leadership team goals.
- Properly resolve concerns brought to our attention through CARES, CEM and powerhouse.
- Establish and keep a friendly work environment, monitoring team actions to ensure they align with core values.
- Supervise and oversee Training Coordinator.

Responsibilities of the Hospitality Director:
- Successful daily operation of dining room, carry out delivery, via systems and delegation/development of team.
- Oversee leadership tasks are being completed promptly, accurately, and meeting Chick-fil-A quality standards.
- Immediate attention/direction of any HR related issues brought to your attention.
- Work with leaders to grow their skills with each of their tasks including:
- Handling Team Member issues (Call-outs, time-punch issues, DT training)
- Ensuring systems are working correctly.
- CEM’s
- Overseeing training and/or being involved in training plans.
- Labor productivity
- Maintain Personal Development Plans for each leader and help develop their leadership skills.
- Maximize profits through labor management/sales growth.
- Take time each week for personal development in business and leadership.
- Schedule planning time for store improvement.
- Assist managers in sourcing high level talent.
