The role involves setting up and breaking down conference rooms, maintaining cleanliness in kitchens and meeting rooms, and providing high-quality food and beverage service during events. Additional responsibilities include office maintenance, general clerical tasks, and managing hospitality services.
Responsibilities
- Set up and break down conference rooms, including tables, chairs, podiums, and divider walls.
- Prepare and serve food and beverages for meetings and events.
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness, including coffee machines, refrigerators, and dishwashers.
- Order and restock supplies for kitchens, pantries, and conference rooms.
- Perform light office maintenance duties like trash removal and cleaning.
- Manage conference room calendar and greet clients.
- Handle general clerical tasks, including mail, deliveries, and office supply distribution.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- 1-2 years of related hospitality or office experience preferred.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet customer expectations.
- Basic computer skills and office equipment knowledge.
- Ability to follow directions and maintain a clean, safe workspace.
- Ability to work individually or as part of a team.
