Reporting directly to the Director of Quality and Risk Management, the Risk Management Coordinator will maintain the hospital risk management program, including all performance improvement activities. Serving as a source and subject matter expert to all employees, the Risk Management and Performance Improvement Professional will provide education and training in regard to all aspects of risk management, survey readiness, and hospital performance improvement. The Hospital Risk Management Coordinator will also play a critical role in maintaining compliance and regulatory standards.
