Experience in hospice is NOT required. Training is provided.
Available openings include:
Manhattan - RN Hospice Care Manager - 4 10's in hospitals
Manhattan - RN Hospice Case Manager - M-F in facilities. Options to go to homes if desired
Bronx - Hospice Triage RN Role - Office based with occasional on-site visits
Bronx - RN Hospice Case Manager - M-F in facilities Options to go to homes if desired
Brooklyn - RN Hospice Case Manager - M-F in facilities Options to go to homes if desired
Brooklyn - RN Pediatric Hospice Case Manager - M-F in facilities Options to go to homes if desired
Queens - RN Hospice Case Manager - M-F in facilities Options to go to homes if desired
