Your responsibilities will include managing Pre-Installation Walkthroughs (PIWs), coordinating material orders, and working closely with Project Managers to keep projects running smoothly. You'll handle scheduling, update project timelines, manage customer communication, and maintain accurate documentation in our CRM systems, amongst other platforms. You’ll also manage warranty claims, assist with inspections, and generate reports to track project progress.

What You’ll Do:
Manage Pre-Installation Walkthrough (PIW) appointments, including scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellation.
Create and manage tasks in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
Coordinate with Project Managers and other Project Leadership for project assignments.
Schedule material orders and coordinating with vendors and homeowners while communicating with the PM
Communicate with customers regarding project schedules and updates.
Work with the Project Manager on crew scheduling and communication.
Manage warranty claims paperwork and leak inspections.
Generate and review reports on project timelines and statuses.
Maintain accurate documentation in JobNimbus, CompanyCam, Google Drive and Google Suite
Support Project Managers in customer and crew communication when necessary.
Identify and process referrals.
Any other duties as assigned by the Employer (Need to expand on this)
Requirements
1+ years of experience in Project Coordination or Project Management, or a similar type of role.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Versed in residential or commercial construction and a strong understanding of safety
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in using project management software and tools
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
Punctual, proactive, efficient, and team-oriented
Desire to grow and become a better leader and person.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and goal-oriented.
It’s a plus if you have:
Ability to speak multiple languages (Spanish preferred).

Schedule and Location:
You will be needed at our HQ in Bergenfield NJ Monday to Friday 830am to 430pm EST
Project Manager Requirements: Proven experience in account management, project management, or a similar role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to upsell or add-on products to increase revenue. Proficient in using CRM software. Ability to work in various outdoor environments and adapt to different job scenarios. Punctual, proactive, disciplined, creative, efficient, and balanced. Open-minded with a growth mindset.
