Overview:The Program Manager position will work with Home Loans business leaders and other partners to identify process and program inefficiencies, offer recommendations, and lead multiple projects to implement them. This individual will be responsible for planning, discovery, strategic pricing placement, risk analysis, tracking and implementation of new projects and initiatives.
The position will also interface with multiple technology teams, including Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Development/SCRUM team members to understand, assign, and monitor deliverables required to support product and technology development aspects of overall project delivery.
Responsibilities:- Produce Pricing, ALCO, and other commentary for Home Loans Management and Executive Leadership review from information gathered and analyzed regarding current mortgage market and economic conditions and provide recommendations on opportunities to increase loan sales profits or reduce risk.
- Responsible for all aspects of the Loan Origination System including, but not limited to version updates, product updates, pricing changes, fee templates, forms, and loan documents to ensure efficient processes leading to a satisfactory member experience.
- Manage LOS-related compliance and coordinate with compliance and audit partners to ensure all new or updated processes, procedures, and BAU project work fits within our existing regulatory compliance framework.
- Create and deliver training content, procedures, job aids, and other supporting documentation for new LOS-related process updates to internal users and outside business partners.
- Coordinate with and assist our internal and external Marketing partners and others to create, refine, and facilitate effective member communications related to the mortgage origination and post-close member journeys.
- Oversee various production and statistical reports for management, operations, and auditing purposes.
- Initiate and lead various projects to support the Home Loans roadmap; coordinate the actions of project participants who are outside the business unit.
- Provide effective coordination and leadership on projects to meet expected completion dates that are within scope and within budget.
- Lead delivery channel training efforts through creating and maintaining training materials and procedures, and the tracking/reporting of team adoption related to projects and initiatives.

- Deep product knowledge in home loan product and systems
- Understand and comply with all applicable federal and state laws and banking regulations (including those related to OFAC and Bank Secrecy Act / Anti-Money Laundering compliance) and Patelco Credit Union's policies and procedures.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in business program analysis, evaluation, and implementation in the mortgage industry
- Experience in design or redesign of complex cross functional process flows
- Able to articulate complex concepts, tailoring the message to various audiences i.e. senior leadership, technical teams, and front line staff
- Ability to anticipate needs and prioritize projects in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and high-volume peaks while producing high-quality work
- Ability to successfully drive projects, processes and change management concepts in a dynamic and complex operating environment
- Ability to create and deliver engaging presentations tailored to diverse audiences
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Minimum Education: High School Diploma; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
$86,753 - $108,429 / year
