Home Health Registered Nurse

Shift: Day Shift, 7 AM - 3 PM, Monday – Friday, Night shift available as well.

Job Summary:

As a Home Health Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care to patients in their homes. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, monitor patient progress, and ensure their overall well-being.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' health status and needs.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare providers.
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed.
• Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
• Educate patients and their families about disease management, medication administration, and other aspects of their care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.
• Coordinate with other healthcare providers, such as physicians, therapists, and social workers.

Qualifications:

• Active RN license in the state of Washington
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for providing compassionate and high-quality care
• No experience required. We will provide training.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in home health care
