Assisting licensed physical therapists in implementing treatment plans

Monitoring patient progress and reporting changes

Educating patients and families on exercises and mobility techniques

Maintaining accurate documentation of patient care

Ensuring a safe and supportive environment for patients

Qualifications:

Certified Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA)

Experience in home health preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
