We are seeking a COTA for a full-time and 100% Home Health focused opportunity in Castle Rock, CO!

Compensation Package:
- $40 to $48 Per Regular Visit

Requirements:
- Clear and Active COTA License in Colorado
- New Graduates Considered
- Current and Active Driver’s License
- Home Health Experience Preferred - Training Offered
Responsibilities:
- Monday through Friday 8 AM to 5 PM
- Working with Geriatric Patients
- Using Matrix Care EMR
- Seeing 6 Geriatric Patients Per Day in Their Home - Routes Are Coordinated Depending on Your Home Location - 20 to 30 Minute Visits
- 1 to 2 Weeks of Onboarding/Orientation
- Comply with ethical and professional standards of conduct as set forth by the American Physical Therapy Association.
- Assess each patient and developing an appropriate treatment plan with measurable goals and time frames.
- Demonstrate treatment skills that are rooted in evidence-based practice guidelines while balancing both patient and provider expectations and needs
