Overview
At Enhabit Home Health & Hospice, we provide compassionate, high-quality care to our patients in the comfort of their own homes. We’re seeking a Registered Nurse RN to join our dedicated team as an Administrator / Director of Operations. In this key leadership role, you will oversee daily operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive quality care at our home health branches in Bradenton and Sarasota.

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of each branch to ensure overall success.
- Analyze statistical data from performance markers to evaluate productivity, cost analysis, and quality care delivery.
- Oversee financial performance for each branch; manage the budget, oversee billing processes, and ensure EBITDA is met.
- Monitor quality assurance programs to maintain high standards of patient care.
- Ensure the agency meets all Medicare and state regulations. Ensure each branch is prepared for on-site surveys and other external audits.
- Implement strategic initiatives for growth, to ensure continuity of care, and to maintain exceptional patient outcomes.
- Represent the agency in the community, promote services, and engage with community resources.
Qualifications
- Must be a licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Florida.
- Must have demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the federal, state and local laws and regulatory guidelines that govern the operation of a home care office.
- Must have demonstrated experience in home health service administration with at least one year in a supervisory or administrator capacity.
- Must be able to make effective decisions to facilitate efficient operations and to ensure quality patient care.
- Must be able to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels while maintaining a high level of professionalism and courtesy.
- Must possess a valid state driver license, maintain automobile liability insurance, maintain dependable transportation, and must be able to safely drive in all types of weather.
