Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Home Health Care Sales Executive to promote our specialized wound care services to healthcare professionals, hospitals, nursing homes, and home care providers. This role is ideal for a marketer with experience in hospital case management, home health services, or nursing home marketing, who is passionate about building meaningful relationships with medical professionals and expanding our network of referral sources. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the healthcare industry, patient referral processes, and a proven ability to drive clinic growth by enhancing our reputation and increasing patient referrals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development & Lead Generation: Identify new business opportunities by targeting hospitals, home health agencies, physicians, nursing homes, and case managers to promote wound care services and drive patient referrals.
- Referral Network Expansion: Build and strengthen relationships with healthcare professionals, discharge planners, case managers, and decision-makers to increase patient referrals and expand the clinic's network of referral sources.
- Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, achieve targets, and grow the wound care division, including regular outreach to current and prospective clients.
- Brand Promotion & Marketing: Create and execute marketing strategies to promote our services, enhance brand awareness, and establish our wound care services as the go-to solution for healthcare providers. Utilize a combination of digital marketing, direct outreach, and networking events to reach potential referral sources.
- Educational Support: Provide education and training to healthcare providers, ensuring they are well-equipped to refer patients for wound care services and understand the benefits of our treatment options.
- Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients to ensure high satisfaction, positive word-of-mouth, and consistent referrals.
- Reporting & Analytics: Track sales activities, monitor the performance of marketing campaigns, and maintain accurate records of client interactions. Regularly report on progress to management and adjust strategies as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales or marketing within the healthcare industry, specifically in home health services, hospital case management, or nursing home marketing.
- Strong knowledge of the healthcare referral process, wound care services, and industry trends.
- Experience working with healthcare professionals, discharge planners, and other decision-makers to facilitate patient referrals.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to influence and build lasting relationships.
- Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding sales goals and expanding business within the healthcare or home health sectors.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently while managing multiple priorities.
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required for local travel.
