Schedule: Monday - Friday, (alt weekends) 

Times:  7:00 pm - 7:00 am

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aide or CNA to provide essential care to individuals in their homes. As a Home Health Aide, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients by assisting with daily living activities and ensuring their comfort and safety. This position requires a strong commitment to patient care and the ability to work independently while following care plans established by healthcare professionals.

Duties

• Assist clients with personal hygiene, grooming, and bathing.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Help with meal preparation and cooking nutritious meals.
• Monitor and document clients' health status, including vital signs and any changes in condition.
• Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring client safety at all times.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
• Communicate effectively with family members and healthcare providers regarding client needs.
• Complete medical documentation accurately, adhering to medical terminology standards.

Experience

• Previous experience in home community care, assisted living, or nursing home settings is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with medical records management and documentation practices is beneficial.
• Knowledge of long-term care principles and practices is a plus.
• Ability to understand and apply medical terminology in daily tasks.
• A background in caregiving that includes skills such as catheter care is advantageous.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and their families.
• Must be reliable, compassionate, and able to work independently while following established care plans.
