Hi Lo Operator - Baldor Specialty Foods

*Essential Job Functions:

• Must be able to walk and stand for long hours. (8 hours min.)
• Must be able to bend, lift, twist and climb.
• Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
• Must be able to work in a cold environment (40 degree and/or below 0 degrees).
• Must be able to operate an electric pallet jack and stand-up forklift/hilo machine.
• Use of hands to manipulate hi-lo and use RF Computer.

* Position Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Put-away: Follow instructions from warehouse management system, RF computer to put product away accordingly. 
• Let-down: Follow commands from RF unit to replenish prime locations.  
• Use walkie-talkie to communicate any arising issues with supervisor. 
• Safely navigate through the warehouse, keep a free accident record.
• Maintain clean work environment in order to ensure compliance with safety regulations. 
• Examine and inspect stock items for defects, report any damages to supervisors. 
• Carefully transport product from one location to another location.  
• Avoid damaging product while navigating through the warehouse.  
• Keep all assigned equipment free of damages. 

Qualifications: 

            Education:     Must be able to read and understand instructions from RF computer in English.

            Experience:   Warehouse and produce experience a plus but not required.
