Complete Development Inc., a fast-growing site development company specializing in earthwork and underground utilities, is seeking skilled Equipment Operators to join our team. This role involves operating construction, excavation, hauling, and maintenance equipment, such as backhoes, front-end loaders, bulldozers, excavators, or graders. You will prepare construction sites for building, demolition, or excavation and use machinery to dig holes and trenches for structural concrete.

- Operate heavy machinery, including backhoes, front-end loaders, bulldozers, excavators, or graders.
- Assist tradesmen and machine operators in construction projects.
- Unload and carry materials at construction sites.
- Use equipment to break down old forms and structures.
- Dig trenches, backfill holes, or compact earth to prepare sites for construction.
- Prepare and apply construction materials to build structures or fill gaps, such as cement, dirt, or crushed concrete.
- Smooth and level new concrete or other materials.
- Clean out sites of debris and discarded materials.
- Place traffic signals and safety signage where appropriate.
The ideal candidate should possess:
- Valid driver's license required; CDL license is a plus.
- Clean criminal background preferred.
- Proven experience operating heavy equipment in construction environments.
- Familiarity with earthmoving techniques and underground construction methods.
- Physical ability to lift and carry materials and work in various weather conditions.
- Strong understanding of safety regulations and practices.
