This is a permanent position where you will be responsible for the coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of specific projects, ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments, and goals. You will work closely with our team of engineers and professionals to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. This role requires a deep understanding of the engineering industry, with a focus on permit and permitting processes, job scheduling, reading plans and blueprints, traffic control, RFI, and concrete works including flatwork, concrete structures, and earthwork.

Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning and implementation of project tasks and deliverables.
- Define project tasks and resource requirements.
- Develop full-scale project plans and schedule project timelines.
- Assemble and coordinate project staff and manage project resource allocation.
- Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
- Track project deliverables using appropriate tools.
- Provide direction and support to project team.
- Constantly monitor and report on the progress of the project to all stakeholders.
- Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs.
- Project evaluations and assessment of results.
- Ensure that all work is carried out in a safe and professional manner and in compliance with company and regulatory guidelines.
- Review and interpret plans and blueprints, ensuring all specifications and regulations are followed.
- Handle permit and permitting processes, ensuring all necessary permissions are secured for projects.
- Oversee concrete works, including flatwork, concrete structures, and earthwork.
- Manage traffic control and RFI processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a project engineering role, preferably in the engineering industry.
- Proven experience in strategic planning and risk management.
- Knowledge of project management techniques and tools.
- Proficient in project management software.
- Strong familiarity with permit and permitting processes.
- Excellent knowledge of design and visualizations software such as AutoCAD.
- Advanced ability to read plans and blueprints.
- Experience in traffic control and RFI processes.
- Proven experience with concrete works, including flatwork, concrete structures, and earthwork.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Professional Engineering (PE) license is a plus.
