JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for Full Cycle recruitment of healthcare professionals including physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants.
Regularly reports to Head of HR with weekly progress updates
Regularly partners with hiring manager to anticipate and plan for provider staffing needs in advance of required start date.
Sources candidates through cold calling, search engines, referrals, networking, career fairs, and other avenues.
Makes recommendations regarding recruitment programs, budgets, and collateral to attract applicants and to fill specific job openings.
Follow-up with applicants regarding their applicant status.
Post job requisitions following approved budgets to both internal and external websites.
Screen applicants as well as conduct phone and in-person interviews to ensure applicants meet licensing, certification, education and experience requirements.
Creates and sends internal status change letters to employees.
Manages relationships with external agencies and vendors who advertise and promote targeted jobs.
Develops and maintains relationships with colleges, agencies, and other sources of high-quality candidates.
Establish an effective talent acquisition strategy to build a world class team.
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree or related Human Resources background
Twos years of direct recruitment experience in the field
Familiar with all variety of recruitment practices
Commitment to excellence and high standards
Strong written and oral communication skills
Ability to work with all levels of management.
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
Ability to independently manage priorities and workflow.
Creative, flexible, and innovative team player
Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.
Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams and committees.
