The VP Of Customer Engagement will spearhead the development and implementation of customer retention programs, analyzing churn data, and implementing targeted campaigns. This role will collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless handovers and a unified customer experience, while proactively engaging with at-risk customers to address concerns.
Our Sales team at Vectorworks plays a pivotal role in transforming customer engagement strategies, driving growth, and fostering long-term relationships. We are on a mission to evolve our customer success approach and implement innovative initiatives to meet long term goals.
Responsibilities
During this role you will:
- Drive strategic initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty, including conducting surveys, creating knowledge bases, and evaluating industry trends.
- Lead the development and implementation of customer retention programs.
- Analyze churn data and develop targeted campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a unified customer experience.
- Drive strategic initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Evaluate industry trends and competitors to inform program improvements.
- Work with sales operations to develop compelling promotional campaigns aimed to expand and upsell into current customers.
Qualifications

- Deep understanding of SaaS business models and subscription-based services.
- Exceptional at using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Empathy and active listening skills to understand customer concerns and needs.
- Creative problem-solving skills to develop innovative retention strategies.
- Ability to adapt and innovate in a dynamic environment.
A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
