Job Details
Tasks include:
- Prepare and revise architectural documents, including elevations, sections, and details, using Building Information Modeling (BIM) under the guidance of others.
- Integrate solutions for Integrated Sustainable Design into projects.
- Aid in outlining project scope, plans, and services throughout the contract process. Translate planning concepts into clear terms for clients, designers, and project team members.
- Develop a thorough understanding of clients' program requirements, as well as standards and policies for project completion.
- Create both 2D and 3D presentation/design drawings.
- Conduct product research and support Project Designers and Project Architects in selecting materials and researching systems.
- Operate with minimal supervision and benefit from excellent mentorship.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
- 10+ years of experience in Architecture.
- Proficiency in Revit is essential.
- Capability to collaborate effectively within a team.
- Strong planning and organizational abilities.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Positive attitude and enjoyable to work with, embracing quality workmanship.
- Architecture license highly preferred
