Preferred Mobile Wound Care is seeking a dynamic and experienced Account Executive to join our South Atlanta Metro Area team in the Coweta/Fayette/Henry County region. You will be responsible for developing new area partnerships and maintaining and growing relationships with existing partners. This role requires strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and organization, and a deep understanding of the home-based care industry. Responsibilities:
Identify high value prospective partners and create and execute a plan to target
Build and maintain relationships with key partners such as hospitals, home-health agencies, physician offices, and nursing homes
Assist with onboarding new partners, handling client complaints, collecting and analyzing data, and improving the overall customer experience.
Conduct presentations to educate industry audiences on the benefits of our services and identify patient care opportunities
Coordinate with operational staff to ensure a smooth referral process and great customer experience
Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction
Stay informed about regulatory changes and compliance requirements relevant to the home-base care industry.
Assist and support all activities related to the growth and development of our existing partners
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Business Development, Account Executive experience is preferred but Account Management is also valuable. Preference for experience in Home Health Care or Mobile Wound Care.
Solid existing book of business in the target market
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding partner expectations and driving growth.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively in a team environment.
Knowledge of home health regulations, reimbursement policies, and industry best practices is a plus.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within assigned territory as needed.
