Job Description

We are seeking highly motivated and dynamic Medicare Sales Agents to join our team on a full commission basis. As a Medicare Sales Agent, you will play a crucial role in our company's growth by assisting seniors in selecting and enrolling in the most appropriate Medicare plans. You do not need any insurance sales experience, as CVIG will assist in licensing, training, and the skills to produce ongoing lead generation to ensure you hit your sales goals and create a career and book of business that allows you long-term financial flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Conduct face-to-face consultations with Medicare beneficiaries to assess their healthcare needs.
• Provide clear and accurate explanations of different Medicare carriers, options, and plans.
• Assist clients with the enrollment process in Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, Prescription Drug Plans, and other ancillary health products.
• Maintain relationships with clients, providing ongoing support regarding their coverage.
• Meet and exceed personal and team sales targets.
• Stay informed about the latest changes and updates in Medicare regulations and offerings, including adhering to all CMS Regulations and Guidelines.

Salary:

Listed below is the potential average broker yearly income. Your income is not limited and will have variability based upon your effort and performance successes. Top performing agents can earn far more than the below averages and CVIG will aid in helping you to achieve your personal income goals. There is no ceiling to this opportunity.

• Year 1: $75,000
• Year 2: $100,000 ($75,000 from new sales + $25,000 from renewals)
• Year 3: $125,000 ($75,000 from new sales + $50,000 from renewals)
• Year 4: $150,000 ($75,000 from new sales + $75,000 from renewals)
• Year 5: $175,000 ($75,000 from new sales + $100,000 from renewals)

This income grid assumes that the broker maintains a consistent performance in new sales each year while also accumulating renewals from previous years' sales. The significant increase each year reflects the compound effect of renewals on the agent's total earnings, demonstrating the long-term financial benefits of building and maintaining a robust book of business.

Experience and Abilities

• High school education and above.
• Driven personality. We are looking for winning players who are hungry for growth. We want people who are on their front foot driving production daily.
• Entrepreneurial spirit. As you will work to grow your own book of business and income, you will need to exemplify the grit of a business owner.
• Preferred experience in any type of sales, but not required.
• Basic computer and technology skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to travel via personal vehicle around the greater Philadelphia area.
• No requirement for insurance experience. CVIG will train you.
