- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 15 years of experience in data analytics, strategy consulting, media measurement, experimentation or incrementality.
- Experience in a sales leadership and people management role, including coaching, mentoring, and team development.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with marketing analytics tools (e.g., experimentation frameworks, attribution models, measuring incrementally, statistical approaches, SQL, R, Python etc.).
- Experience using or deploying digital analytics, measurement and ad tech solutions.
- Experience in media management or advertising effectiveness research.
- Understanding of search, video, programmatic media, and media measurement.
- Ability to effectively influence and communicate cross-functionally with all levels of management internally and externally.

As a Head of Data Measurement and Analytics (DM&A), you will lead the team in developing and executing vertical specific DM&A strategy to drive business outcomes, grow Google business, and advance client’s data, tech and measurement maturity.
Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.
Responsibilities
- Promote clients on the value proposition of Google measurement solutions needed to unlock customer objectives and growth.
- Promote the value proposition of data and tech infrastructure.
- Deliver business insights, analytics, experimentation, and advanced measurement methods to demonstrate and optimize business outcomes.
- Build and sustain a diverse team, support the team in delivering full funnel measurement strategies and learning agendas, including identifying new business opportunities, and inspire the team to focus on the highest value opportunities, scale successes, and define clear plans.
- Cultivate relationships with stakeholders, lead regular discussions to understand business challenges and collaborate with Industry Directors, Heads of Industry, Go-to-Market, and gPS to deliver on measurement and business growth goals.
