Who we are:
Starting in 2005 as an offshoot of Esface’s mission to “make popular culture positive so that positive culture can be popular,” Team Esface started as an individual basketball training program and has since developed into a year-round academy offering club teams, camps, clinics, and private training in the SF Bay Area. Today, Team Esface uses these experiences to teach the fundamentals of basketball, instill personal “life leadership” qualities, facilitate cross-cultural exchanges, and build community. Since 2002, TEAM Esface has served over 4,000 youth by hosting over 200 clinics and 80 camps sessions, coaching over 80 teams and facilitating over ten tournaments.
We work in a fast-paced, youthful small business environment that's always striving to win. We're obsessed with developing not only our players and coaches, but also ourselves. We're constantly looking for ways to improve and evolve, both on and off the court.
As JJ Reddick would say, we are basketball sickos, whether it be our invite-only pick-up games on Thursdays or our running conversation about the all-time G.O.A.T.s (Greatest Of All Time). We know our stuff, and we're always ready to talk and play hoop.
We work hard and play hard, with an on-court schedule that includes after-school and on weekends. The right candidate must be dedicated to being available during on-court hours and office hours, which means putting in the time and effort to help our team succeed.
If you're ready to take on this exciting opportunity, we want to hear from you! Team Esface Basketball offers a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for professional development and advancement within the organization. So, what are you waiting for?
