Pay Range: $22.00-$28.00+ per hour, depending on experience

We are currently expanding our team and seeking a Handyman/Property Maintenance Specialist to maintain and manage residential and commercial properties, including our marina in Atlantic Highlands. If you have diverse maintenance expertise, a proactive attitude, and a love for hands-on work, this is the role for you!
- Perform general property maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry repairs.
- Carry out interior and exterior work, such as painting, drywall repair, caulking, and minor landscaping.
- Diagnose and fix issues with light fixtures, ceiling fans, and other hardware.
- Install appliances, including dishwashers, air conditioning units, refrigerators, and washers/dryers.
- Conduct turnover maintenance for rental properties, ensuring spaces are clean, safe, and up to code.
- Manage marina property upkeep, including driving with trailers, launching boats using a boat lift, and general maintenance.
- Schedule subcontractors for larger repairs and oversee their work.
- Plan and organize projects, including material procurement and scheduling tasks.
- Operate and maintain tools and equipment safely.
- Handle snow removal, lawn mowing, and shrub trimming to ensure safe and attractive property conditions.
- Proven experience in property maintenance, with skills in plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and general repairs.
- Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting 50+ lbs, bending, working at heights, and operating tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent organizational skills with a focus on reliability and responsibility.
- Friendly demeanor and professionalism when interacting with tenants and team members.
- A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle are preferred (larger trucks and vans available as needed).
- Availability to work weekends and handle emergency service calls as needed.
