Primary Responsibilities:

Hourly Rate: $23-$27/Hour

Primary Responsibilities:
- Solder critical components onto high-reliability circuit boards following IPC-J-STD-001 & IPC-A-610 standards.
- Maintain good work habits, including punctuality and attendance.
- Work overtime as needed to meet production demands.
- Adapt to a fast-paced environment, eager to learn and contribute.
- Deliver results as committed at the start of each day.
- Work efficiently and suggest improvements.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance quality and performance.
- Support quick turnarounds daily.
- Proficiency in soldering high-reliability circuit boards per J-STD-001 & IPC-A-610 standards.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Preferred: Ability to read and interpret assembly drawings.
- Preferred Certification but not required: IPC-J-STD-001 Certification (Space Addendum preferred), NASA 8739.1 & NASA 8739.4 Certifications or NASA 8739.1 & NASA 8739.4 Certifications
