HVAC Service Technician

We are looking for an HVAC Technician to join our Team!

Job Summary: The HVAC Technician will be responsible for all aspects of the installation, maintenance, inspection, operation, and repair of heating and cooling systems in residential buildings. Technicians will primarily respond to service calls but will also do planned maintenance and/or installation as needed.

Salary Range: $28.00/hr. - $42.00/hr. + Spiffs and Bonus with an expectation of making $68k-$150k

Work Hours: This is a 4 day/10 hour work schedule with a rotating on call schedule.

Requirements:

• 2+ years as a Lead Technician
• Strong customer service skills
• Understanding of the current regulations within the field
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills on a technical level
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team
• Maintain a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
• Demonstrable knowledge and skills for HVAC installation, trouble shooting, maintenance and repair of systems and equipment
• High school diploma/GED required
• EPA Universal preferred Type 2 required
• 06 preferred
• Must pass random drug testing
• Associate degree preferred but not required
• Service Titan experience preferred
