YOUR DAY-TO-DAY

As an HVAC Technician and Salesperson, your will start from home as you drive directly to your first job, ready to help customers with their HVAC needs. As you meet each client, you'll use your technical skills to diagnose issues, explain problems in simple terms, and offer personalized solutions. After providing an estimate, you'll walk customers through different options based on their preferences and help them make the best decision. Once the work is complete, you'll create invoices, collect payments, and ensure they're happy with the service. You'll also be in touch with your team through weekly meetings and keep your manager updated.

Here's what you need:

• Valid CA driver's license with a clean driving record
• 3+ years of residential HVAC experience
• Ability to diagnose and repair residential air conditioning and heating systems
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with ServiceTitan (preferred but not required)
