HVAC Service Technician - Master Services Inc

As a full-time HVAC Service Technician, you'll typically work a 45 - 50 hour week with shifts ranging from 7 AM to 5 PM. Additional hours may be required during on-call rotations or to finish ongoing work. Flexibility and availability for on-call rotation are a must for this position.

PAY & BENEFITS

An experienced HVAC Technician will earn a competitive salary ranging from $55,000 to $85,000+ annually, plus bonuses based on performance metrics. We are providing a $1,000 hiring bonus for experienced HVAC technicians with EPA certification, payable within the first 90 days! THE TYPE OF HVAC SERVICE TECHNICIAN WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Demonstrable knowledge and skills in HVAC installation, troubleshooting, and repair
• General knowledge of power tools and techniques for care and safe use
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Physical ability to meet the demands of the job, including climbing ladders, heavy lifting, and working in various weather conditions
• Residency within 40 minutes of Master Services
• Strong customer service skills and a self-starter mentality
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

An associate degree is preferred. No experience is needed - we will train the right person through a paid apprenticeship program!

As an HVAC Service Technician, you'll respond to service calls promptly, providing top-notch service to our residential clients. From diagnosing and repairing HVAC systems to conducting planned maintenance and installations, your skills will be utilized every day.
