YOUR NEW ROLE AS OUR HVAC SERVICE MANAGER

Enjoy a schedule from 8 am-5 pm, Monday through Friday, with occasional weekends.

As the HVAC Service Manager, you skillfully handle client inquiries, fostering strong relationships that ensure client satisfaction and repeat business. You lead and mentor your service team, implementing training programs that enhance their skills while providing regular evaluations to support their growth. Collaboration with dispatch and project coordinators allows you to efficiently plan and schedule jobs, swiftly addressing any challenges to guarantee timely completion. You manage essential documentation meticulously, maintaining accurate records and service agreements. Quick to respond to service issues and client complaints, you coordinate solutions with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure satisfaction. Finally, you track key performance metrics, using data insights to recommend process improvements that drive your team's success.

REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma or GED
• Driver's license
• EPA certification

Although not required, having experience with Word, Excel, Outlook, and Slack is preferred!
