As we continue to grow, we're seeking a motivated HVAC Sales Supervisor to help lead and support our sales team in delivering exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets for HVAC installations, repairs, and maintenance.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to expand customer base and increase revenue.
- Monitor individual and team performance, providing guidance, coaching, and performance reviews to ensure success.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, offering solutions to meet their HVAC needs.
- Collaborate with the operations and customer service teams to ensure a smooth sales process from initial contact to project completion.
- Conduct in-home consultations and assessments for customers, providing detailed proposals and explanations of HVAC solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new products, and services to provide the best possible recommendations to customers.
- Handle customer concerns and objections professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Track and report on sales performance and forecasts to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Experience in HVAC sales and a Supervisor role
- Proven track record of sales success and the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, products, and services.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Ability to assess customer needs and provide effective solutions.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Valid driver's license and have a clean driving record.
