Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with residential, commercial, and industrial clients.
• Generate leads and follow up on sales inquiries to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Present and promote HVAC systems & products to clients.
• Provide customized HVAC solutions tailored to client needs.
• Prepare and deliver accurate quotes, proposals, and contracts.
• Collaborate with the installation and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and competitor activities.

Qualifications:

• Proven sales experience, preferably in the Home Service industry.
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, products, and services (technical training provided if needed).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve and exceed sales goals.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
