HVAC Install Technician / Lead - Chandler Air

Chandler Air is a residential service company specializing in Heating & Air and has been in business for over 40 years. We have a tradition of treating our customers like family and we depend on building our business one referral at a time like we have since 1982. We are looking to bring on an Install Technician into our HVAC Service Department. We are looking for full-time members to be on our team. This is year-round work, we do not lay off or furlough. This is a professional business. No experience is required, but experience provides for higher pay and leadership opportunities. We have a training facility with paid and/or reimbursement programs for licensing and schooling.

The primary duties of an Install Technician include performing retrofit replacements for HVAC systems while working in crews to remove and replace furnaces and air conditioners as well as conducting safety and performance tests for each system(s) that include checking the area for carbon monoxide and natural gas leaks. Daily tasks include the technical aspect of the job, collecting payments, giving accurate and detailed information about each home and situation, maintaining truck inventory levels, among others with a heavy emphasis placed on customer service. Communication with homeowners about the status of their system after the service has been performed is crucial.
