YOUR SCHEDULE

Our HVAC Install Field Supervisor works a full-time schedule, 7 AM to 4 PM or 8 AM to 5 PM. Additionally, hours need to be flexible, in the case we do a Saturday install.

THE MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS TO BE CONSIDERED

• 10+ years of experience as a lead installer, with proven experience managing a team
• Experience running crews of lead installers, training and holding teams
  accountable and maintaining install quality

Preferred Qualifications:

• HVAC management experience
