Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HVAC General Manager located in Southern Colorado. The General Manager will oversee the daily operations of the HVAC division, manage a team of technicians, handle customer relations, monitor financial performance, and ensure compliance with industry regulations.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and management skills
• Experience in HVAC operations and service management
• Knowledge of HVAC systems and equipment
• Financial management and budgeting skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Organizational and problem-solving abilities
• HVAC certification or relevant degree is a plus
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC industry
