HVAC Field Supervisor - Action Air Conditioning, Heating & Solar

Now hiring for a HVAC Field Supervisor for our Service Department

Compensation: $DOE

Employment type: Full Time

Work with Technicians on certain jobs that require additional management assistance

• Be available for technician calls
• Low line coaching (verbal) warnings and plans for employee improvement
• Coordinate with Dispatchers regarding scheduling and technician assignments
• Monthly vehicle inspections for inventory, repairs and cleanliness
• Attend interviews with Service Manager for potential new hire technicians
• Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions
• Aid with service calls necessary. Performing repairs and maintenance to a variety of HVAC equipment

Qualifications:

• 5+ years' experience
• Valid Driver's License and clean DMV record
• Excellent technical and communication skills
• Ability to Problem-Solve and apply good judgement
• EPA certified
• NATE certified (preferred)
• Be able to lift 50lbs regularly throughout the day
