We’re looking for a hands-on Field Operations Supervisor with expertise in rooftop units, VRF systems, boilers, and cooling towers. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Field Operations Supervisor position include:

• Extensive knowledge of HVAC repair, maintenance, and installation principles and practices.
• Provide leadership and guidance to field personnel, ensuring a high standard of workmanship.
• Assist with diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing HVAC equipment.
• Conduct project quality assessments and document quality checkpoints and procedures.
• Collaborate with team leaders on weekly project plans and materials requirements.
• Estimate time and materials for jobs and coordinate material deliveries.
• Maintain accurate records and foster strong working relationships with stakeholders.
• Enforce strict safety standards on all projects.

Salary: $95,000 - $115,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
