Position Overview:
As the HVAC Department Manager, you will lead all aspects of our heating, cooling, and home services operations. This includes overseeing sales, service, and installation teams while ensuring customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and company growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and profitability.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of HVAC professionals across all Departments.
- Oversee daily operations to ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Analyze performance metrics, set goals, and monitor progress to achieve company objectives.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and team members.
- Collaborate with leadership to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5+ years of leadership experience in the HVAC or home services industry.
- Extensive knowledge of HVAC systems, services, and industry trends.
- Proven track record of managing and growing a team.
- Strong business acumen and experience with budgeting, forecasting, and KPI analysis.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency with CRM and business management software.
