YOUR TYPICAL DAY

As a part-time HVAC Customer Service Rep, you start your day as the friendly voice that customers trust. You answer incoming calls with enthusiasm, ready to assist with HVAC inquiries. Your organizational skills shine as you schedule maintenance visits, order parts, and follow up to ensure every customer feels valued. You work hand-in-hand with a supportive team, overcoming challenges together and creating a positive impact in every interaction.

THE MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS TO BE CONSIDERED

• Excellent customer service skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with ServiceTitan
• Familiarity with HVAC systems

• Position Type: Part-Time
• Location: Beach Park, IL
• Shifts: Varying shifts within business hours (7 AM to 5 PM)
