WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

As an HVAC Apprentice for us, you learn the fundamentals for HVAC service, including diagnostics, controls, and repairs. You assist our experienced technicians with replacing heating and cooling systems. Additionally, you acquire on-the-job training as well as classroom education to assist you in obtaining the Maryland Board of HVACr license and EPA certification. You must be eager to learn the technical skills and knowledge to become an HVAC Technician and happy to help. If you can do this and meet the following requirements, we would be happy to have you as part of our team!

• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work from heights or small crawl spaces
• Physical ability and willingness to work outside in whatever mother nature throws your way
• Basic tool skills
• Valid driver's license
• Good driving record
• Ability to work nights and weekends
