Hunton Rental Solutions has an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Inside Rental Sales Representative for our Houston, Texas branch. In this role, the selected candidate will play a pivotal role as the primary customer liaison, tasked with recommending solutions, generating quotes, executing inside sales and fulfilling orders for our equipment and services in alignments with customers requirements. This is an onsite position at our Houston Rental office.

Responsibilities:
- Initiate and maintain regular contact with existing and potential customers via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- CRM and face-to-face customer skills to prospect and qualify leads for existing and dormant accounts, competitor accounts and new customers.
- Respond quickly to leads and qualify customers and project viability.
- Understand customer needs and provide information on HRS Rentals' products and services.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of HRS Rentals to generate interest and drive sales.
Qualifications:
- Possess a "serving the customer" attitude
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to work well in both team and individual settings
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to close deals
- Rentals experience a Plus
Requirements:
- Knowledge of rental industry and/or equipment preferred
- 4-year college degree is a plus.
- 2-4 years of related inside sales experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
- Minimum 21 years of age
- Strong project management, new business development and customer retention skills
- Effective communication and negotiation skills
- Proficient in computers skills
