About the Position
We are seeking a passionate HRIS Analyst to join our Human Resources Shared Services team on a contract basis.
Reporting to the Director of Shared Services, the HRIS Analyst will play a pivotal role in maintaining and optimizing our HRIS system (UKG), ensuring data accuracy, governance, and accessibility. You will collaborate across HR teams to meet data needs, drive insights, and support system users.
Key Responsibilities
- HRIS Administration: Ensure data accuracy, security, and stability within the HRIS system (UKG).
- Data Governance: Maintain data governance standards and develop best practices for data security and access.
- Data & Reporting: Partner with HR teams on KPI projects, dashboard creation, and ad hoc data requests.
- Technical Support: Provide troubleshooting and technical support for HRIS users, including system operations and personalization.
- System Enhancements: Collaborate with HR teams to identify system improvements and implement solutions.
- Documentation: Create and maintain procedures for system administration and self-service report generation.
- Data Security: Develop and communicate data security practices for system users.
- Reporting: Contribute to monthly and annual reporting for HR and Finance teams.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with HR functional leaders and business partners to align system functionality with organizational needs.
- Additional Duties: Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with HRIS systems.
- Required: Experience with Power BI and UKG HR, Payroll, and Workforce Management software suite.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Familiarity with general HR processes and workflows is a plus.
