About Our Client:
Our client, a leading governance software company, is looking for an experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join their team on a contract basis. This role will support their HR division, focusing on strategic business needs and employee relations.
Job Description:
The Human Resources Business Partner will collaborate with business leaders to deliver strategic HR solutions across several departments. This role will involve providing support in areas such as performance management, compensation and benefits, learning and development, and employee relations. The HRBP will also ensure compliance with HR regulations and contribute to organizational development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build relationships with business leaders to provide guidance on organizational and people-related strategy and execution.
- Offer expertise in career planning, performance management, coaching, compensation, employee relations, learning and development, and strategic development.
- Monitor and implement best practices in HR and stay informed on regulatory changes in employment law specific to the business area.
- Work closely with department heads to discuss strategies and ensure HR initiatives align with company goals.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of HR experience, with at least 2-3 years as a Human Resources Business Partner.
- Experience supporting business groups of 300+ employees.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong expertise in Excel.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and a professional, team-oriented approach.
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) required.
